Who we are
Science of Swimming (swimsci.net) is operated by Moemen Arafa, sole proprietor, Kuwait. In these terms "we" means Moemen Arafa trading as Science of Swimming.
What you are buying
Digital products: online courses and downloadable files, sold by Science of Swimming (swimsci.net). A purchase gives one person — you — access to the product; sharing your login or the files with others is not allowed.
Access period
Each product page says how long your access lasts (a fixed period or lifetime). When a period ends, lessons lock but your progress and certificates are kept, and you can renew to continue. We may remove access if these terms are broken.
Content
Courses, videos, text and files are our copyright. You may use them for your own learning. Copying, re-selling or publishing them is not allowed.
Payments
Payments are processed by PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal account or with a debit or credit card through PayPal's secure checkout; we never see your card details. Science of Swimming (Moemen Arafa, sole proprietor, Kuwait) is the seller of every product. Prices are shown in US dollars.
Refunds
Digital products are delivered immediately. If something is wrong with your purchase, write to info@swimsci.net within 14 days and we will put it right or refund you. We issue refunds through PayPal, to the account or card you paid with.
Your account
Keep your login private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
