Digital products
Everything sold on Science of Swimming (swimsci.net) is digital — online courses and downloadable files — and is delivered to your account immediately after payment.
14-day guarantee
If something is wrong with your purchase — you cannot access it, it is not what the product page described, or you bought it by mistake — write to m.arafa@swimsci.net within 14 days of the purchase and we will put it right or refund you in full.
How a refund is paid
Our orders are processed by Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record. Paddle issues the refund to the card or account you paid with, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
After 14 days
Requests after 14 days are reviewed case by case; write to us and explain what happened.
Gifts and coupons
A gifted product is refunded to the buyer who paid for it. Discounted purchases are refunded at the amount actually paid.
