What you are buying
Digital products: online courses, downloadable files and consultation sessions, sold by Science of Swimming (swimsci.net). A purchase gives one person — you — access to the product; sharing your login or the files with others is not allowed.
Access period
Each product page says how long your access lasts (a fixed period or lifetime). When a period ends, lessons lock but your progress and certificates are kept, and you can renew to continue. We may remove access if these terms are broken.
Content
Courses, videos, text and files are our copyright. You may use them for your own learning. Copying, re-selling or publishing them is not allowed.
Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices are shown in US dollars; tax is added at checkout where the law requires it, and the invoice you receive comes from Paddle.
Refunds
Digital products are delivered immediately. If something is wrong with your purchase, write to m.arafa@swimsci.net within 14 days and we will put it right or refund you. Refunds are issued by Paddle to the card or account you paid with.
Your account
Keep your login private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
