Who we are
Science of Swimming (swimsci.net) sells online swimming-coaching courses, books and consultations. This policy explains what we keep about you and why. Questions: m.arafa@swimsci.net.
What we collect
Your email address and name when you create an account or buy something; the products you bought and when your access starts and ends; which lessons you completed and your quiz results; the language you chose. If you log in with Google, Google tells us your email and name — nothing else.
Payments
Card and PayPal details are entered on our payment partner's secure checkout, never on our pages, and we never see them. We receive only the confirmation that a purchase was made.
Why we keep it
To give you the courses you bought, remember your progress, issue certificates, send you receipts and reminders about your access, and answer your questions.
Who else sees it
Our hosting providers store the data on our behalf (Supabase, Vercel). Lesson videos are streamed by Publitio. None of them may use your data for their own purposes. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
How long
For as long as you have an account. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; purchases we must keep for accounting stay in our records for the period the law requires.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you by writing to m.arafa@swimsci.net.
